Its even worse than that with the gray barrier not even letting you in to begin with because of negative stereotypes. If in, there is a bunch of team building built on out-dated assumptions.

I see a lot of the stereotypes, and I do not think most of them fit. It might be an over generalization or I just click with a different group.
